1. What Holdy Lab is

Holdy Lab ("Holdy", "we", "us") is a trading simulation and behavioral analytics platform. All trading sessions, balances and market events on the platform use demo currency and simulated market data. No real funds are traded, held or transferred through the simulator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Holdy Lab you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use of the platform complies with the laws that apply to you.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Paid features

Holdy Pro and Lab Credits are optional paid features described on the Pricing section of this site. Paid features unlock additional tools, analytics and content — they do not affect your Level, which is earned through platform activity and cannot be purchased.

Payments are currently processed manually in USDT (TRC-20). Details of the payment process are provided at the point of purchase.

5. No financial advice

Nothing on Holdy Lab constitutes financial, investment or trading advice. Simulated results, scenario outcomes and AI-generated insights describe behavior observed in a simulated environment and are not predictions of real market performance. See the Risk Disclaimer for more detail.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to manipulate simulated results, interfering with other users' accounts, or accessing the service through unauthorized automated means.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
