Account information you provide, such as your email address, when you create a profile. Behavioral session data generated while you use the simulator — decisions, timing, risk settings and outcomes within simulated Trader Day sessions and Strategy Lab tests. Basic technical data such as device type and general usage analytics.

2. How we use it

To operate your account and save your progress. To generate your Trader Profile, behavioral patterns and AI insights. To process manual payments for Holdy Pro and Lab Credits (email and transaction ID only — we do not collect wallet private keys or card details). To improve the product and understand how the platform is used in aggregate.

3. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your behavioral data to make decisions on your behalf involving real funds — Holdy Lab does not connect to real trading accounts or execute real trades.

4. Data retention

We keep account and session data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
